Individual Open Box Items

We accept returns on Individual Open Box items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, the item must be in the same condition you received it, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the transaction.
Auctions, Pallets & Truckloads
All Auction, Pallet, and Truckload items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

Auction items: Please review all descriptions and photos before purchase.

Pallets: These are unmanifested liquidation lots and may contain a variety of mixed-condition items.

Truckloads: Sold as-is, no returns or exchanges.
If you have questions before you purchase, you can just contact us through the form on the product page (include SKU when possible).
Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact info@longislandliquidation.com right away so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, personal care items, custom orders, and hazardous materials.

We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, return it under the policy above and make a new purchase once your refund is approved.
