Open Box Products

When will my order be delivered?

Order processing takes one business day. Depending on your location, shipping takes 2-5 business days.

What Is An Open Box Product?

When someone returns an item, a company liquidates their inventory or other various reasons, these items are organized into pallets and sold to wholesale purchasers like us. Items can be in new, like new, or used condition. We do our best to describe the condition of each product, if you have any specific questions about the condition of a product, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to help!

Can I Return my product?

We have a 30-day return policy for Open Box Products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, visit our Return Hub. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1235A Veterans Memorial Hwy, Hauppauge, NY 11788

Our mystery boxes are created with high quality liquidated and open box items who's combined retail value is higher than your cost to purchase.

Can I Return a Mystery Box?

We offer no refunds on Mystery boxes, they are sold as-is.

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

Mystery Boxes are shipped on the next business day, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days.

When will my order be delivered?

After receiving payment, products are shipped on the next business day, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

Can I Return My Product?

No, returns are not accepted for auction items

How Do I Pay When I Win An Auction?

To pay for an auction item, please visit your profile and continue to checkout.

Pallets

What items are in the pallet?

Our pallets are unmanifested, so even we don't know what's in them! We source high quality pallets, keeping them unmanifested reduces your cost. Items can be in new, like new, or used condition. Items contained in these pallets are from customer returns, liquidations, and seasonal inventory cycling. Pallets are priced to allow for a potential profit margin when the items are sold separately.

Can pallets be shipped?

If you have any questions about a specific pallet, or to inquire about delivery please fill out the contact form on the pallet product page with the correct SKU and we'll be happy to help!

Where do I pickup a pallet that I purchased?

Our warehouse is located at 1235A Veterans Memorial Hwy, Hauppauge, NY 11788

Please bring your order confirmation email, and we will prepare your pallet. Once you purchase a pallet, you have 3 days to unload or pick up from our store.

I don't have a truck, can I still pick up a pallet?

Yes! We offer a 3 day window for you to pick up your pallet. So you can make multiple trips if you're not able to take the pallet all at once.
