🛒 How Pallet Purchasing Works
Pallets can be purchased online or in-store. All pallet purchases use the Pickup option at checkout. Because pallet delivery requires a custom freight quote, delivery customers must contact us before purchasing so we can confirm the pallet details, provide a freight rate, and issue the required freight invoice. Delivery cannot be arranged without completing this step.
📦 What’s Inside a Pallet
Each pallet contains assorted liquidation goods. Contents vary by pallet and may include:
- Overstock
- Customer returns
- Open-box items
- Shelf pulls
- Undeliverable or mis-shipped items
Photos and descriptions reflect the pallet at the time of listing.
🚚 Pickup & Delivery Options
🏗️ Local Pickup
Pickup is available during our warehouse business hours. Customers have 3 business days from the time of purchase to pick up their pallet. We can load pallets into cargo vans and pickup trucks using a forklift, and customers with smaller vehicles may make multiple trips as needed within the three-day window. Customers should bring a suitable vehicle and any straps or tie-downs required to secure their load. Staff may assist with loading when possible.
🚛 Delivery by Freight Quote
We do not offer standard parcel shipping for pallets. If you need delivery:
- Contact us with the pallet information to request a freight quote.
- We send a separate freight invoice based on the quote.
- Select the pallet you want to purchase on our website and complete checkout using the Pickup option.
- Once both invoices (pallet + freight) are paid, delivery is scheduled.
Freight pricing depends on pallet size, destination, and carrier availability.
⏱️ Processing & Pickup Timeline
Pallet orders are processed during our normal business hours:
- Tuesday–Friday: 10 AM – 6 PM
- Saturday: 9 AM – 4 PM
- Sunday–Monday: Closed
Orders placed outside these hours are processed on the next business day. Pickup scheduling and freight coordination are also handled during business hours.

Our facility regularly stocks:
- Liquidation pallets
- Mystery boxes
- Open-box items
Inventory changes frequently based on incoming shipments. Pallets are limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

🔍 Important Notes
Pallets are sold as-is and are not eligible for standard parcel shipping. All pallet purchases are completed using the Pickup option at checkout, and delivery (when requested) is billed separately via freight invoice. Fulfillment for pallets is different from standard online orders due to the size, weight, and handling required.
